We're open 7 days a week.

   

Notice: Salon Avalon reserves the right to refuse service OR admittance to anyone at anytime for any reason!

Please let us know immediately if you have any concerns or are not satisfied for any reason during your visit. Ensuring your safety during this unprecedented time may cause delays and we appreciate your understanding.  

 

 

Service Redo & Refund Policy
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We never want to let clients leave our salon unhappy. However, in the event you find yourself unsatisfied please contact us within 7 days of your service and we will be happy to make any necessary adjustments.

If for some reason we haven’t got the color, cut or any other service to the best of your and our expectation/satisfaction, we want to know within 48 hours and we welcome you to fix/change it. Please contact Salon Avalon and ask to speak with the manager.

Refund Policy:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience. We know that your hair is important to you and we want you to be happy from the moment you step through the door until the moment you check out! As professionals, we strive to communicate how important it is to take the most realistic and healthy approach to achieving your beauty goals! If you are not happy with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave our salon feeling amazing! After all, we are trying to build a long lasting relationship with you and be your trusted salon for life! 

·         We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair we are happy to make adjustments for you, but only within 10 days of your service.

·         We will not perform any redo services if you or another stylist makes adjustments to your hair.

·         Your hair Color, Highlights, Balayage, keratin or extended service is only guaranteed if you invest in the recommended shampoo and conditioner or after care products from our salon directly. If you do not invest in the recommended products, we will not perform any redo services complimentary.

·         Please note some complex color/shades/fun or fashion color services may require multiple visits/services to achieve.

 

When To Arrive
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation to allow time for checking in, using the restroom, filling out medical history forms if any requires and getting settled.

Late Arrival Policy
In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. The service price will be charged in full.

 

Right to Refuse Service

Salon Avalon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

 

No show- no call policy.  

 “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the deposit amount.  (Note - arriving so late to your appointment that it is not possible to provide you with the service requested will be considered ‘no-show’.). Customers that have failed to show up for their appointments will be required to provide a 100% non-refundable deposit for the next appointment being made.

New Clients/Deposits

To book an appointment we require a deposit of $50 for haircut/style and $100 for all the color services for all new clients, and for clients who have not visited the salon in more than six months. This deposit will go toward your services. No show appointments or cancelations with less than 48 hour notice forfeits deposit.

Extra Hair Charge
Extra charges might apply to any customer who has very thick or long hair.  These charges will be at the discretion of each stylist.  Please remember if this applies to you, your services may take longer than scheduled.  You may want to consider calling to book your appointment to make sure we have plenty of time to serve you.

 

Children Policy
Our Children's Menu is for children under the age of 8. Children over the age of 8 are charged for full price services. As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon.  You will be responsible for any damages to our merchandise. 

Head Lice

It is against our Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.

 

Privacy

Information collected from this site is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your correct contact information.

 

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

No cash refunds on used products. A onetime exchange is allowed within 5 days of purchase for a like-product if over 90% of the original product is left. 

-Refunds available ONLY on unopened/unused products. Must have a receipt and/or your client card must show record of the purchase

 

Pets

No pets please, service animals are welcome.
